2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use Google authentication for sign-in
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Virtual Try-On Service

Usage Limits

• Guest users: 2 free try-ons per device
• Registered users: Unlimited try-ons

Content Guidelines

You agree NOT to upload:

• Photos of other people without consent
• Inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Copyrighted images you don't own
• Photos containing minors

4. Purchases & Payments

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the price you'll pay.

5. Returns & Refunds

• 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items

6. Intellectual Property

All content on TheBatalHub, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by TheBatalHub and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User Content & License

By uploading photos or content to our Virtual Try-On service:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to process, store, and display your content solely for providing our Services
• You confirm you have the right to upload the content
• You can delete your content at any time from your dashboard

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users or staff

9. Limitation of Liability

TheBatalHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for products or services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TheBatalHub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
