Writing about an order?

Please include your order number so we can find your order quickly. Because every item is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, colour preference or change of mind. If your item is defective, is the wrong item, or was damaged in transit, report it to us within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps), and we will offer a replacement or a refund. An order can be cancelled only before it goes into production; once production starts it cannot be cancelled, so please contact us straight away if you want to cancel. Grievance Officer

If you have a complaint about your order or our service, write to the Aditya Teja. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and redress it within one month of receiving it, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
